The Director of Data & Analytics will fill a critical role by partnering with the senior management team to help shape the firm’s data strategy and lead the execution of various projects in support of that strategy. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing a modern data warehouse, building robust reporting and dashboard capabilities, and working directly with the business users to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on technical practitioner, with demonstrated experience building data warehouses and working with modern data platforms and tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, and SQL. This position will play a key role in transforming the firm’s use of data into a competitive advantage by enabling actionable insights within business workflows.
