DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and Argo Workflows to join our team. This role will support the development of automation pipelines and workflow-based solutions for a greenfield managed service product in AWS. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops practices, with deep hands-on expertise in Argo Workflows, Kubernetes (EKS), and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Argo Workflows to automate deployment and operational tasks.
• Develop and maintain scalable Kubernetes solutions (EKS) across multiple AWS accounts.
• Optimize Argo Workflow deployments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes and Argo Workflow issues.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment with application and infrastructure requirements.
• Automate tasks using scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to observe and trace workflow execution and system performance.
• Collaborate in a Dev Ops environment, contributing to CI/CD practices and infrastructure auto
  mation.

• 6+ years of experience in cloud-based Dev Ops engineering.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Argo Workflows, including cross-cluster and cross-account invocation.
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining infrastructure as code (e.g., Git Lab CI pipelines).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize containerized workloads in production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or G o).

• Experience building SaaS or automation products.
• Production-grade Argo Workflow deployment knowledge, including HA/DR strategies.
• Familiarity with Helm templating, ArgoCD, and Git Ops practices.
• Experience with Terraform for provisioning infrastructure.
• Exposure to CI/CD best practices beyond Git Lab, such as integration testing and deployment gating.

• Certifications like AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), etc., if applicable.
