About Us:

AZDS Interactive Group is the world’s leading digital agency for the luxury hospitality industry, offering innovative marketing and technology solutions to top-tier luxury travel brands that improve their branded guest experience and deliver measurable conversion increases in room nights and revenue. We pride ourselves on our cutting-edge digital expertise and portfolio of world-renowned clients – from Montage Hotels & Resorts to The Ritz London to Aspen Skiing Company to 700+ other luxury properties across 6 continents – but also on our forward-looking, entrepreneurial culture & atmosphere.

We are seeking a dynamic UX Strategist to join our team and bridge strategic content planning with hands-on implementation. You'll collaborate across teams to align content with user experience goals, ensuring clarity and project success from start to finish.

Role Description

As a UX Strategist, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Content Strategy at AZDS, you will collaborate closely with Product Strategists, UX Designers, and Business Analysts, to collect and compile detailed project requirements and contribute to solution design. You’ll help to streamline design-to-development handoffs and ensure content aligns seamlessly with strategic goals and premium user experiences expected by luxury clientele. You'll actively support clients through structured content preparation, organization, and migration, advocate for their needs throughout each project phase, and deliver comprehensive training and documentation post-launch.

Your efforts will foster project clarity, efficiency, and long-term client success.

Beyond technical proficiency, your role demands exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, meticulous organization, and empathetic client advocacy. You will facilitate clear understanding among cross-functional teams by gathering requirements from the earliest project stages and seeing them through to final content implementation, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks. Your proactive approach will help resolve obstacles before they impact timelines, and your commitment to balancing both user and client needs will cultivate lasting client relationships.

Your positive, service-oriented mindset will foster a collaborative atmosphere as you manage multiple projects with agility and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, who has experience in content strategy, content management systems, content migration, and UX principles.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Define UX Content Strategy:

During the discovery and definition phases, you will define the project's content strategy by gathering high-level business and user requirements from client stakeholders through facilitating strategic workshops. Your work will inform the detailed design and technical strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach as the project progresses into subsequent phases.
  • Information Architecture Definition:

Define and document the project's information architecture—including content types, taxonomies, and sitemaps—to establish a structured foundation that supports user experience, content clarity, and long-term content scalability.
  • Low-Fidelity Content Artifacts:

Produce low-fidelity wireframes, content outlines, or other documentation to align both client and internal teams on page-level content strategy and preliminary functional requirements, enabling clarity and consensus early in the project lifecycle.
  • Content Auditing and Optimization:

Conduct content audits and recommend improvements around content structure, consistency, and UX alignment.
  • Design-to-Development Handoff:

Ensure design intentions are preserved throughout development by documenting and clearly communicating design intentions and functionality to the development…
