Gain the ERP business acumen and grow your SAP functional and technical expertise to grow into a unique role of the SAP Landscape and Data Transformation Consultant.

We are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP. This can be someone in an SAP Business Analyst role, Key User, or with more technical ABAP development skills. All you need is hands‑on SAP knowledge, and a desire to start working in a consulting role.

Our ideal candidate is well rounded and possesses personal characteristics such as enthusiasm and self-driven initiative, creativity, critical thinking and has a passion working with customers.

• 2-4 years of SAP experience either as an End-User or SAP Project team member or even SAP Consultant
• Professional hands‑on knowledge in SAP
• Willingness to learn new SAP technologies
• Interest in deep diving into the technical world of SAP
• First exposure to programming skills / languages (ABAP)
• Advanced analytical skills - Efficient in Excel, or other database Management software (i.e. Access).
• Familiar in simple SQL queries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or any other science topic, preferably with a business background in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or Finance
• Occasional travel will be required.

After the Academy, you will be working on SAP SLT projects in one of our offices in either Devon (PA), Denver (CO) or Detroit (MI).
