Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership:
    Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase programs that span several teams, technologies, and business areas.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    Define goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Technical Integration:
    Understand system architecture, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks, blockers, and integration challenges early.
  • Execution Management:
    Build and manage program plans, milestones, and timelines using agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Provide clear, concise updates on program status, dependencies, and risk mitigation to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Governance and Reporting:
    Establish program governance frameworks, dashboards, and cadence reviews to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Apply learnings to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Act as the connective tissue between teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    7–10+ years in program or project management, preferably in a technical or product-driven environment.
  • Technical Fluency:
    Understanding of system design, APIs, data models, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MSFT, or similar program tracking tools.
  • Methodologies:
    Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Leadership:
    Proven ability to influence without authority, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment across within internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive alignment across distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure programs.
  • Strong analytical skills for decision-making based on technical and business tradeoffs.
