KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.

• Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice including: proposing services, project estimation, performing in an PTI solution architect role, leading pre‑sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key SAP industry personnel
• Lead highly skilled client and KPMG Plan to Inventory work teams through full project life cycles
• Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
• Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions

• Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to Plan to Inventory (PTI) capabilities, to clients across multiple industries
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Preferred experience in leading pre‑sales activities, a Big Four accounting firm and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, production and material master data
• Ability to travel up to 60% based on the specific project and location
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future
