Our IT Field Support team provides assistance to all Swire Coca‑Cola employees and locations within their assigned area for all computer systems and infrastructure issues. The top candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and enjoy providing world‑class customer support. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys working independently, fielding numerous inquiries related to hardware, software, network, telephony issues, and can resolve technical issues without assistance.

• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance by phone or in person on computers, monitors and peripherals
• Assist end users with computer or infrastructure related issues such as set‑up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and deployment of new equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, Voice over IP (VoIP) and basic network connectivity
• Support wireless communication devices including wireless access points, laptops, handhelds, voice pick phones, printers and warehouse devices
• Maintain a current and accurate inventory of all IT devices
• Order and distribute new and recycled equipment to users
• Maintain accurate and current documentation on process, procedure, and infrastructure
• Process and prioritize work requests and escalations in a timely and efficient manner

• 2‑yr degree in Information Technology field preferred or equivalent experience required
• 4‑yr degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in IT field required
• 1+ years’ experience in network security required
• Active Directory administration knowledge required
• SAP authorization, Multi‑factor authentication (MFA), TCP/IP network stack, and PCI (payment card industry) experience preferred
• Travel to multiple locations

Base pay range is $62,966 to $82,643 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
