Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience to lead the evolution of our brand digital experiences. This role is responsible for optimizing current website capabilities, shaping the vision and execution of future-state corporate and brand site architecture, and operationalizing product management practices. You will own the roadmap, prioritize initiatives that align with brand and business priorities, and drive innovation in areas such as personalization, experimentation, and AI-driven capabilities.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong collaboration with marketing, IT, design, analytics, and brand stakeholders. The right candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, capable of balancing near-term performance improvements with long-term transformation.

Key Responsibilities Website Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for brand websites, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage transparent roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring prioritization reflects both near-term brand needs and long-term enterprise vision.
  • Plan and deliver site migrations and future consolidation into next-generation architecture with minimal disruption to SEO and user experience.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners as an extension of the core team, ensuring alignment with product goals and delivery standards.
  • Guide the work of contractors and freelancers, providing clear direction, feedback, and integration into broader team workflows.
  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, and wins to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Optimization & Product Operations
  • Drive ongoing optimization of website capabilities, improving site performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion.
  • Drive ongoing optimization of content operations across CMS, DAM and other platform tools used by Marketing Operations to plan, author, publish and measure brand content and experience.
  • Establish product management operating practices: intake, prioritization, roadmap management, sprint planning, and delivery transparency.
  • Manage the analytics stack and reporting dashboards, translating insights into actionable site enhancements.
Innovation & Next-Gen Capabilities
  • Build and maintain an innovation pipeline for digital experience capabilities (A/B testing, personalization, AI-driven features, etc.).
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to design and implement new consumer engagement and personalization strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and digital trends; evaluate opportunities to integrate into website experiences.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as the product owner and voice of the consumer and business across web initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align digital projects with marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and IT delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and contractors, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management, website management, or related fields.
