YourMission
- Analyze large-scale pricing datasets to identify trends and benchmark comparable properties across regions
- Architect core pricing intelligence systems using robust statistical ML methods that form the foundation for our next-generation pricing platform
- Build enterprise-grade ML models that balance sophistication with interpretability, ensuring stakeholder confidence and regulatory compliance
- Develop strategic pricing algorithms that combine the reliability of proven statistical methods with the innovation of modern ML engineering
- Advanced analytics experience, including experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business teams to uncover pricing opportunities
- Perform exploratory data analysis and communicate clear, actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive business impact by building strategic models and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, ideally in pricing, revenue optimization, or similar high-impact domains.
- Skills: Strong machine learning and statistical modeling skills; adept at working with large, complex datasets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. Experience with agnostic tech stacks is a plus. Bonus points if you've worked with Snowflake or Streamlit.
- Education: A Master's degree in a quantitative field is highly desired; a PhD is a plus.
- Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and are driven by real business impact. Help shape pricing strategy.
Base Pay Range: $144,500—$247,600 USD
