About the role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be an instrumental part of our go-to-market team, focused on supporting our Sales Executives in closing direct and channel-referred business. You will work closely with marketing and alliances leadership to support overall growth of the business. Please note that we are currently only able to consider US based candidates.

What you will do:
  • Directly support sales activities with our sales team as the technical contact from prospecting to close.
  • Provide technical qualification for direct and channel-referred sales engagements.
  • Provide platform demonstrations for direct and channel-referred sales engagements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform trials and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Collect customer feedback or feature requests and communicate to engineering leadership.
  • Contribute directly to Hub Spot CRM with relevant notes, activities and updates for opportunities that you are supporting.
  • Assist with validating and documenting new platform integrations.
  • Draft/update customer facing product documentation as needed to accurately reflect feature additions and updates.
  • Partner with Marketing and Engineering to shape deals, improve messaging, and accelerate adoption.
  • Support channel sales enablement activities to train and update partner sales engineering teams.
  • Travel occasionally for customer meetings, corporate events, and field marketing activities.
Successful candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of consistent sales engineering experience for B2B midmarket and enterprise.
  • Proven success in early-stage startups (Series A–C, pre-IPO, or pre-acquisition) or prior experience founding or scaling a business.
  • Background in cybersecurity (CASB/SASE, network, or endpoint security), AI, or compliance tech preferred.
  • Team mentality—you’re willing to help others across the organization when needed.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and accountability.
