** What You’ll Do
** As a
** Service Now Developer II**, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing applications and integrations on our Service Now platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and maintain best practices.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Building and customizing Service Now applications and workflows to support business objectives.
* Conducting peer reviews, creating documentation, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
* Partnering with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
* Sharing knowledge and training team members on new technologies.
* Driving your own development through learning programs, coaching, and stretch projects.###
** What We’re Looking For**
* *
* Experience:

** 4+ years in Service Now development, configuration, and maintenance.
* ** Expertise:
** Skilled in at least two modules such as HRSD, ITBM, ITSM, CSM, CMDB, or PPM/SPM.
* Strong knowledge of Service Now integrations, automation, workflows, and web technologies (JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JSON, Glide, React).
* Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM/CSM frameworks.
* Ability to create and modify Access Controls, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Policies.
* Experience with Performance Analytics, Catalog Builder, Virtual Agent, and Portal development.
* Excellent documentation skills, especially for UAT test frameworks.
* Service Now certifications (CSA and CAD or Implementer) required.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.###
