Forgeworks is a high-performance Rev Ops consultancy supporting fast-growing B2B SaaS companies with scalable GTM systems. We design and operate end-to-end revenue infrastructure across Hub Spot, Clay, Salesforce, and modern automation tools.

Our delivery model is built on elite execution, crisp communication, and a pod-based delivery structure that produces predictable, high-quality outcomes for clients.

We’re growing quickly and hiring a Rev Ops Manager to join our in-person Denver team and support one of our Rev Ops pods.

The Rev Ops Manager is the technical and operational engine of the pod. You’ll work closely with a Rev Ops Director, PM, and Analyst to execute the systems, automations, processes, and reporting that power our clients’ revenue engines.

This role is deeply hands‑on: building workflows, structuring data, improving pipelines, cleaning systems, and turning strategy into scalable GTM operations. You’ll also join client calls, contribute insights, and support the Director in driving outcomes.

This person needs to be an expert in Hub Spot and B2B SaaS.

• Build and optimize Hub Spot workflows, automation, properties, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and reporting.
• Implement repeatable processes across marketing, sales, and customer success funnels.
• Maintain clean, structured data and enforce operational governance.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive clarity and accountability.

• Translate architecture from the Rev Ops Director into executable system builds.
• Diagnose CRM issues, troubleshoot automation failures, and identify root causes.
• Support data migrations, system cleanups, and GTM process improvements.
• Own day-to-day execution for multiple client accounts.
• Join weekly client calls with your pod’s Director and PM.
• Provide clear updates, gather requirements, and offer Rev Ops recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner to SaaS GTM teams.

• Work in a high-performance, in-person environment (Mon–Thu).
• Collaborate closely with your pod’s Director, PM, and Analyst.
• Help maintain internal playbooks, templates, naming conventions, and process standards.
• Support QA and ensure systems work as intended.

• Strong Hub Spot experience (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, lists, reports, custom objects).
• Ability to take high-level direction and convert it into clean, scalable system builds.
• Structured thinker who cares about naming conventions, documentation, and data hygiene.
• Comfortable supporting multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Bias toward action; “gets things done” mindset.

• Clay automation

• Experience in agencies, consulting, or multi-client environments
• API or integration experience (Zapier, Make)
