About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—helping our clients deploy intelligent document automation ’ll lead technical discovery, design solutions, and drive end‑to‑end implementation of Super.

AI’s platform, working directly with enterprise customers to ensure they unlock maximum value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable architectures.

  • Architect, configure, and deploy intelligent document automation solutions using Super.

    AI’s platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Act as both a trusted technical advisor and hands‑on builder, guiding customers with confidence while directly contributing to solution delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, channeling customer insights into meaningful enhancements that shape Super.

    AI’s roadmap.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise engagements, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and change requests with professionalism and care.

  • Develop reusable solution components and document best practices, contributing to internal accelerators, playbooks, and knowledge sharing.

  • Mentor customer and partner teams, fostering technical proficiency in Super.

    AI’s capabilities, integrations, and workflow automation best practices.

  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen across APIs, databases, and enterprise integration patterns, always with an eye toward simplicity, innovation, and long‑term success.

  • Support customer workshops and deployments with professionalism and enthusiasm; occasional travel may be required.

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, automation consulting, solutions architecture, or a related role.

  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, databases, workflow tools) and modern automation frameworks.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, OCR, and prompt engineering.

  • Strong programming or scripting skills for data manipulation (Python preferred).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

  • A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple parallel projects.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Fluent proficiency in professional written and spoken English.

    Must be based in the Denver, CO area with the ability to work a hybrid in‑office/remote schedule.
