Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Data Scientist/AI Engineer for one of our clients to sit in Denver, CO. This person will be joining a team focused on implementing AI for enhancing customer engagement and business usage. They will work on 5‑6 projects simultaneously, contributing to designing and developing different AI models for various uses. For example, a current project includes a model serving as a real‑time coaching tool for call center agents.
The role involves creating models, fine‑tuning, leading the team, and collaborating closely with the VP and SVP of the group. The current project is implementing new languages for the model to respond to. The team has a daily stand‑up meeting to start the day and discuss the status of projects. Approximately 20% of the time will be spent in meetings and 80% in coding using Python to prompt AI models.
This role will be performed 5 days a week on‑site in Denver, CO.
