The Platform & Analytics Specialist is instrumental in advancing Gary Community Investment Corp’s mission to support Colorado’s children and families. This role requires technical acumen, as you’ll design and manage sophisticated systems and data workflows. You’ll engage with diverse projects, each necessitating unique approaches to data handling and systems integration. By embracing rapid-cycle work processes, you will contribute meaningfully to project conceptualization and implementation, ensuring robust security and privacy practices.
You will be responsible for not just traditional analytics but also innovative problem-solving to enhance project outcomes. This process includes evaluating and recommending technology solutions, implementing secure integrations, and maintaining compliance with stringent data governance policies. As data privacy is paramount, you’ll ensure this aligns with both organizational goals and governmental regulations.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new platforms and tools that enhance team efficiency.
- Design and implement advanced workflows in platforms such as Hub Spot and Airtable.
- Build secure integrations for seamless data flow, maintaining strong data privacy protocols.
- Set up and configure systems for new ventures with strong access control.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive data security measures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform configurations.
- Maintain and document system architectures and data handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and governance policies.
- Demonstrate skills in both data and technical systems.
- Proficient in systems like Hub Spot, Airtable, Supabase, or Zapier.
- Knowledge of data governance, capable of analyzing secure data.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with CRM and database platforms.
- Relevant certifications in data privacy or platform administration preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, FERPA, or other data privacy regulations.
- SQL or other database query experience is beneficial.
- Experience with lean startup methodologies or agile development.
- Capable of translating technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
