Tilt is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by leading our integrations strategy and execution, connecting Tilt seamlessly into HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workflow platforms used by our customers. This full‑time role reports to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the roadmap, strategy, and delivery of Tilt’s integrations ecosystem (HRIS, Payroll, SSO, Benefits, Collaboration tools, APIs, Webhooks, etc.).
  • Scoping and prioritizing new integrations and enhancements based on customer needs, partnership opportunities, internal velocity, and long‑term scalability.
  • Translating technical requirements into clear product specs for Engineering, while ensuring we build reliable, secure, and maintainable integration infrastructure.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Rev Ops, and Partnerships to ensure seamless GTM, onboarding, and support of integrations.
  • Defining and instrumenting integration health, adoption, and ROI metrics and iterating based on performance.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, low‑code workflows) to enhance integration scalability, reduce manual effort, and improve partner experiences.
  • Contributing to API design, developer docs, and partner enablement resources to make Tilt easy to integrate with.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for automation, AI assistance, or pre‑mapped workflows across integrations.
  • Speaking directly to customers to uncover needs, handle integration‑related escalations, and troubleshoot.
You’re a great fit if
  • You have experience and a proven track record of shipping technical products or integrations, ideally in HR, SaaS, or B2B workflow platforms.
  • You have experience working with APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth/SAML), webhooks, or data sync systems and can have informed debates with engineers.
  • You’ve successfully partnered with external vendors or platform partners to bring integrations to market.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with HRIS/Payroll tools (e.g., Workday, UKG, Rippling, Gusto, ADP, Bamboo

    HR, etc.).
  • You’re equally comfortable talking to engineers about authentication flows and talking to CS about customer edge cases.
  • You have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission.
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out.
  • You are comfortable using many systems at once and can learn software quickly.
  • You are fearlessly flexible and curious; you thrive in an environment where we don’t have all the answers but are willing to help us figure them out.
  • You have experience working with a startup and/or a B2B SaaS business.
Virtues/Competencies
  • Health & Family First – balance work and personal life effectively, get things done at a pace consistent with business needs, show up reliably, and encourage others to prioritize health and family.
  • Autonomy + Team – highly organized, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, focus on scale and quality.
  • Be Curious – dig in and ask questions when you don’t have all answers, avoid negative assumptions, and seek positive intent and truth.
  • Intentional Self‑Development – discover and engage in professional growth opportunities Tilts offers.
  • Love Our Customers – show empathy and compassion, strive to meet people where they are, provide maximum support.
  • Fearlessly Flexible – go with the flow, handle ambiguity, work without clear direction.
Total Compensation

The projected annual salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits paid 100% for all employees and 50% for dependents.
  • 401k + match (100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2%).
  • $100 monthly to spend on “What Matters Most.”
  • Responsible Time Off – take what you need, when you need it.
