The team is seeking a IP Network Engineer to play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising critical network infrastructure. This position involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer-facing support, requiring strong technical expertise paired with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document all network-related activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX
- Day shift availability
