We are looking for an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and daily retirement plan administration.

Job Description SummarySupport daily administration of retirement plans, partner with Client Executives and internal teams to enhance client relationships and satisfaction, and deliver prompt, accurate information that meets quality metrics.
Responsibilities- Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans under minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with the manager to research issues and negotiate problem resolution.
- Develop and foster relationships with clients, financial professionals and internal service teams.
- Provide prompt, accurate and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.
- Recognize and communicate possible improvements to management.
- Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs, develop action plans, and consult on products, services, and capabilities.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of recordkeeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities.
- Attend training to obtain functional retirement plan knowledge of various plan designs and specific requirements.
- Gather data from multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve problems with limited management assistance.
- Lead effective client meetings either face‑to‑face or via conference call.
- Assist with mentoring new account managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience.
- Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Effective presentation, influence and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel.
- Experience managing a book of business supporting retirement plan sponsors, advisors or third‑party administrator partners.
- Experience with retirement pooled plans.
- Strong time‑management and organization skills.
- Hybrid Environment.
- Compensation information provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws; the salary range is $50,000–$65,000.
Salary range: $50,000–$65,000. This estimate is based on qualifications, operational needs and applicable law. A bonus is typically available based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance.
