POSITION: Systems Administrator
COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. LOCATION: Denver, CO (Remote Eligible)
SummaryThe Systems Administrator will serve as the primary technical expert for key enterprise applications, focusing heavily on hands‑on configuration, system integration, and security administration. The role will administer, manage, and maintain our Google, One Login, Netskope and KnowBe4 ecosystems. The Administrator will work with Cardinal leaders to identify requirements, recommended solutions, develop processes, training, and implement changes in our security applications.
Responsibilities(Including but not limited to)
- Serve as the primary administrator for GSuite, One Login, Netskope, and KnowBe4 applications, managing all related technologies, organizations, users, and groups.
- Act as the primary technical resource and developer on configuration projects, implementing new functionality and optimizing existing application processes.
- Understand the interdependencies between our enterprise applications as it relates to user provisioning, security, and system scalability.
- Stay current on industry trends, specifically pertaining to Google, One Login, Netskope and other security applications.
- Advise Cardinal on application roadmaps, new features, product releases.
- Produce end‑user training resources in coordination with the learning & development team.
- Answer end‑user support tickets and elevate to vendors as needed.
- Perform user, system, and business process audits to confirm compliance and security.
- Employ AI to boost efficiency, automate workflows, and optimize operational processes.
- Assist with other projects and assignments as directed by the team leader.
- Participate in training sessions as required to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
- Three (3) years experience in an information technology technical support role.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and applications for operational efficiency or process automation.
- Demonstrated programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Power Shell, Google Apps Script) to implement process improvement, system integration, or automation.
- Experience in Google Workspace, One Login, and Netkope applications.
- Proficiency in identity management and information security disciplines.
- Experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies. Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute system validation initiatives across a portfolio.
- Proven ability to work independently, lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Excellent problem‑solving, customer service and communication skills.
