Job Title : Service Now Lead ITSM & HRSD

Location : Denver CO (On-site 3-4 days / week)

Employment Type : Contract (6 months)

Rate : $70.00 - $80.00 per hr.

Inabia is seeking a Service Now Lead to architect deliver and support enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM and HRSD. This role focuses on platform architecture integration design, technical governance and hands‑on configuration of modern Service Now capabilities.

As the Service Now Lead for ITSM and HRSD you will oversee the architecture configuration and delivery of enterprise solutions supporting IT and HR operations. You will guide teams in translating business requirements into robust technical designs, managing integrations, maintaining data models and ensuring platform scalability. The role also requires deep hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center and related Service Now capabilities.

• Lead Service Now ITSM and HRSD implementations, enhancements and support.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.
• Develop integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server) and maintain data models.
• Configure Flow Designer, UI Policies, Widgets, Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts.
• Oversee platform governance, architecture standards and solution integrity.
• Support HR Case Management, Employee Service Center and HR Knowledge workflows.
• Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

• 10 years of hands‑on Service Now implementation experience.
• 5 years specialized in ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer and ATF.
