We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to be our traffic controller, production anchor, and get-it-done driver. You’ll be the connective tissue across creative, campaigns, and channel leads—keeping work prioritized, organized, and delivered. If you can run a Kanban board, brief a designer, and hold the line on deadlines (without burning out the team), you belong here.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day project management across marketing work streams—lifecycle, paid media, SEO, affiliate, content, and social.
• Build and maintain campaign calendars, prioritization workflows, and asset trackers.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, and approvals for deliverables across internal and external teams
• Own trafficking and QA for digital assets across platforms (ads, email, landing pages, etc).
• Partner with analytics to track progress against marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Document and continuously improve team processes and communication rhythms.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of project or production management experience in a fast-paced marketing or digital team.
• Mastery of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, Click Up, etc).
• Solid understanding of multichannel campaign execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication and a calm, solutions-oriented presence.
• Bonus:
  Experience at a prop firm, brokerage, trading tech, or B2C startup.
• You take pride in on-time, buttoned-up, executional excellence.
