Our Work

Security Central’s Client C.A.R.E. Services Specialists help customers enjoy greater safety by responding quickly to calls and alarm signals that indicate potential problems with clients’ systems. The role is fast‑paced, high‑performance, and professional. Shifts run from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, requiring flexibility.

Daily duties include answering and making customer‑service calls, providing technical support, updating customer data in our software system, and performing other projects/tasks between calls. The team is expected to act as professional ambassadors, projecting courtesy, integrity, expertise, and care. Success is determined by a loving attitude, quick, accurate, and independent work.

Requirements

No prior alarm support experience is needed. You must possess the following personal characteristics: a positive attitude, strong work ethic, high commitment and reliability, excellent verbal communication, attentiveness to detail, self‑driven ambition, and a deep desire to serve others. We do not accept applicants who gossip, complain, or fail to provide proactive solutions.
