ServiceNow Developer – TS​/SCI CI Poly

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Now Developer to join a Federal Program working in Denver, CO.

• Design and implement Service Now solutions and enhancements leveraging core platform functionalities.
• Configure applications, develop reports, and manage data migration tasks as needed.
• Recommend and apply best practices to meet client requirements effectively.
• Develop custom features and integrate third‑party systems with Service Now.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot code to resolve defects.
• Promote code changes through development, testing, and production environments.
• Support the creation of technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver Service Now solutions aligned with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project
• Experience with developing Service Catalog and Service Now workflows
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
• DOD approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE)
• Certified Service Now Administrator (CSA)
• Logical problem‑solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting
• Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skill
• Must have an Active U.S. TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
