Compensation: USD $130,000 per annum + up to 25% Performance Bonus
Total Annual Package: Up to USD $167,300

Role OverviewPuffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi‑channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, You Tube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You’ll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.

What You’ll Need:- 5+ Years of
Experience:
At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels - Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
- Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, You Tube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
- Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
- Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimization
- Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams
- Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background
- Experience with programmatic channels, Tik Tok Ads
- Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO
- Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms
- Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations
