RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Technician in Denver, CO.

Job Summary

The IT Data Support Technician is responsible for the critical management of master data elements, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, accuracy, and completeness across various data domains in alignment with company policy and standards. This role involves close collaboration with IT and business units to support data governance, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executes the creation, modification, and retirement of master data across multiple data domains in a timely manner
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, and be the main point of contact for data-related questions
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to uphold data standards and policies
  • Conduct data analysis to identify data inconsistencies and quality issues
  • Participate in data governance committees and contribute to the development of data management strategies
  • Support the integration of master data elements during system migrations and upgrades
  • Provide training and support to users on data management practices and procedures
  • Create and maintain documentation about master data management, such as manuals, templates, and system settings
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with managing Item, Customer, and Vendor master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in data analysis and management
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data governance principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in data-related software and tools
  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with ERP systems, particularly in data modules
    • Familiarity with data quality tools and methodologies
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
