Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects.

Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with customers to document and validate their business requirements, map them to solution functionality and configure/customize the Oracle Net Suite application to meet their business needs.

• Conduct sessions with the customer via the phone or in person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

• Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.

Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities and participate in Subject Matter Expert programs.

Adopt an agile approach to blend technology with business innovation to help customers achieve success.

• Support the sales cycle through scoping of Professional Services engagements, executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews.

• Assist in expanding Professional Services sales’ installed base of existing customers, as well as present and promote the value of Oracle Net Suite Professional Services to prospective customers.

Train and mentor more junior consulting staff.

• 7 or more years of cumulative relevant experience to include significant ERP solution functional solution implementation and/or administration.

• Expertise in Products industry vertical focused ERP solutions, with experience in the Retail or Apparel industries preferred. Specifically, we seek individuals that can speak to the Design to Build process, including matrix items, material management, inventory, and scheduling.

• Net Suite platform solution experience strongly preferred, HOWEVER competing platforms will be considered.

• Consulting experience strongly preferred.

• Strong project and team leadership skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Net Suite product certification a plus.

• English language read/write/speak proficiency.

• Modest to moderate, as appropriate.

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
