Title: Director, End-User Computing (EUC) & Solution Architecture

Duration: Direct-hire

Location: Hybrid – Denver Metro (3 days onsite)

Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 base + 20% discretionary bonus

Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands‑on technology leader to oversee enterprise end‑user computing (EUC), collaboration platforms, and solution architecture across a global environment. This role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of modern workplace technologies‑including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Azure AD, and device management ecosystems.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills, guiding architecture and governance for productivity platforms, endpoint management, and user experience optimization. This leader will partner closely with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and seamless digital workplace.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Architecture

Define the enterprise strategy and roadmap for end-user computing and collaboration technologies.

Oversee architecture for M365 services (Teams, One Drive, Exchange Online, Power Platform) and endpoint management (Intune, Windows 11, macOS, and mobile).

Partner with Information Security to ensure compliance, identity, and data protection standards.

Drive modernization and automation initiatives to improve performance and end-user experience.

Execution & Delivery

Lead design and delivery of large‑scale EUC transformation projects, including device refreshes, M365 integrations, and collaboration enhancements.

Oversee integration of SaaS applications, identity systems, and endpoint security controls.

Establish governance models for configuration, patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Guide implementation of self‑service and automation workflows to reduce support overhead.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor a high‑performing technical team responsible for EUC platforms and collaboration tools.

Collaborate with global IT, Security, and Operations leaders to align priorities and budgets.

Partner with business units to understand user needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

Operations & Support Excellence

Oversee enterprise device management, imaging, and deployment through Intune and Autopilot.

Manage endpoint security, vulnerability patching, and compliance monitoring.

Drive continuous improvement across M365, Teams, and device ecosystems for stability, adoption, and satisfaction.

Skills

10-15 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or architectural capacity.

Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and endpoint management.

Proven experience leading EUC transformation or modernization programs in global or enterprise environments.

Expertise in solution architecture, governance frameworks, and ITIL-based operations.

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) for automation and analytics.

Working knowledge of identity and access management (Conditional Access, MFA, Entra , device compliance).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
