Sr. GCP & GenAI Engineering Consultant

Skills

• Proficient in Vertex AI, Gemini models, embeddings, vector search, and GenAI pipeline orchestration
• Expertise in GCP Services like Big Query, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, VPC, IAM
• Familiarity with Lang Chain / Llama Index for rapid GenAI prototyping
• Working experience of CI/CD tools like GIT and Jenkins
• Experience in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement

• Lead the design, development, deployment & optimization of GenAI solutions using GCP-native services (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Big Query, Vector Search)
• Architect secure and scalable AI integration with multiple applications/systems
• Build advanced RAG pipelines for contextual summarization, business data extraction, analytics, and efficient knowledge retrieval
• Guide end-to-end technical delivery including data ingestion, orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation & fine-tuning
• Collaborate with healthcare SMEs & partners to map functional needs to technical design with organization‑compliant architecture
• Own solution performance — latency optimization, cost governance, monitoring using Cloud Ops and MLOps tooling
• Mentor engineering teams on security-first AI development including encryption, IAM, and compliance guardrails
• Provide technical leadership for client PoCs, demos, and solution accelerators to scale adoption in multiple client ecosystems
• Document HLD / LLD, deployment plans, and operational playbooks for smooth handover to SRE/operations teams
• Maintain awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and propose adoption roadmaps for continuous innovation
