• Strategy & Execution:
  Create from scratch, develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, native platforms, etc.) with clear performance goals (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand voice.
• Analytics & Optimization:
  Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests and continuously refine targeting, creative and copy to maximize ROI.
• Stay ahead of trends, audience preferences, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.
• Collaboration & Growth:
  Partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and align them with business objectives. Research competitors and industry benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social or growth-focused social media management. Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Metrics Mindset:
  Understanding of KPIs like CVR, CPL, ROAS, and familiarity with bidding strategies such as max conversions and tCPA.
• Targeting Pro:
  Strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and attribution models.
• Data Decoder:
  Analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Design-Savvy:
  Creative eye for engaging content, ad copy, and visual storytelling.

• Base Salary Range: i.e., $70,000 to $85,000
• Competitive bonus in addition to base salary
