What You’ll DoAs a Programmatic Manager you’ll work alongside the account strategy team and with the programmatic team to deliver high-quality, high-performing campaign approaches and execution. In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day programmatic campaign approach, execution, trafficking optimization, and reporting across the relevant DSPs for your clients.
- Build and present directly to client stakeholders programmatic campaign performance, analysis, and insights.
- Deep dive into the client’s data and link backend revenue and growth data to paid programmatic performance.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, new product testing, and new approaches that are based on a continuously growing knowledge of your channels and DSPs.
- Recommend and build testing roadmaps and learning agenda – and work with the strategy and measurement teams to construct and execute those tests.
- Further develop your expertise in the programmatic space – including learning new DSPs, attending webinars/conferences/platform meetings, and receiving hands‑on training and support from Realtime’s programmatic leaders.
- Manage and build relationships with channel owners and platform representatives.
As a Programmatic Manager
, you’ll have a chance to work with exciting and innovative brands that are beginning to look up the funnel and shifting their focus toward growth versus simple demand‑capture. To do this, you’ll have:
- At least 2 years of programmatic experience, agency experience preferable.
- Familiarity with DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk and/or other DSPs.
- Familiarity with DCM or other ad trafficking platforms.
- A proven track record of success with programmatic campaigns.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- The skills to be well‑organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- The ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
