Oracle Identity Management (Permanent / Full time )
- Full-time
- 8-10 Years of experience
- Strong OIM development skills; proven experience with the latest OIM version; related certifications preferred.
- Understanding of OIM administration.
- Collaborate with teams to configure monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
- Work closely with IT subteams including Database Administrators, Service Desk, Developers, and Architecture.
- Leadership skills to effectively and efficiently head a group of onsite/offshore development resources; responsibilities include resource ramp‑up, task delegation, tracking and reporting progress, gauging performance, maintaining morale.
- Experience in onsite/offshore project delivery model.
