Grantd is building the financial services industry's first AI-enabled equity compensation advice platform. We've acquired Stock Opter, the market-leading platform managing over $12 billion in equity compensation assets, and we're on an ambitious path to transform how financial advisors and their clients navigate the complexities of equity compensation.

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment. You'll be building features that directly impact people's financial futures, working at the intersection of AI, fintech, and user experience design.

• Coordinate release cycles across our Core Platform, Partner Demos, External Integrations, and Public Release milestones
• Manage feature development timelines and dependencies across multiple work streams
• Track and communicate progress on roadmap deliverables to stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering teams

• Translate complex equity compensation concepts into clear product requirements
• Create detailed specifications for new features including user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Work with design to develop wireframes and prototypes for advisor and client-facing interfaces
• Balance feature completeness with launch timelines, making smart trade‑off decisions

• Help shape our AI-powered features including document extraction, conversational interfaces, and automated analysis
• Collaborate on fine‑tuning LLMs for equity compensation domain expertise
• Define workflows for multi‑tool AI orchestration and agentic conversations
• Ensure AI features meet enterprise‑grade security and compliance requirements

• Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and implementation approaches
• Work with compliance and legal teams on regulatory requirements for financial services
• Coordinate with external integration partners (planning platforms, brokerages, CRMs)
• Gather and synthesize feedback from pilot advisors and clients

• Conduct user interviews with financial advisors to understand workflows and pain points
• Develop testing protocols for complex features like tax modeling and risk analysis
• Analyze usage data to inform feature prioritization and improvements
• Create comprehensive FAQ content and educational materials for users

• Ownership mentality:
  You take responsibility for outcomes and drive projects to completion
• Strong technical background
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering looking to transition into product
• Comfortable with data, metrics, and making evidence‑based decisions
• Ability to write detailed specifications and explain complex concepts simply
• Experience coordinating multiple work streams and stakeholders

• Fin Tech experience:
  Prior exposure to financial services, wealth management, or investment platforms
• Domain knowledge:
  Understanding of equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
• AI/ML familiarity:
  Experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, or AI product development
• Enterprise software experience:
  Understanding of B2B2C models, multi‑tenant architectures, or advisor/client workflows
• Regulatory awareness:
  Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services (SOC2, data privacy, etc.)
