We design apps (desktop, web, mobile) for physicians to help them manage, treat, and improve the lives and the care of their patients. Healthcare IT is notorious for lagging behind consumer products in design, user experience, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to change the status quo by creating a suite of physician‑focused products that delight users and enable clinicians to take better care of their patients.

Senior UX ResearcherWe are seeking a creative and collaborative senior researcher who can keep the user at the center of our designs. You will work closely with the UX team and product owners to turn findings into great user experiences.
Responsibilities- Conduct user research studies, directly impacting design strategies and applications.
- Create and run multiple types of user tests, analyze collected data, and present results with recommendations and meaningful insights to all organizational levels.
- Support interaction design and prototyping (great asset, not required).
- Lead the effort to share user data and insights across the organization to build a culture of user‑centered design.
- Develop research reports with clear and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate research findings and play a key role in stimulating designs for the product.
- 6+ years of experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced agile environment.
- Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
- Work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate effectively with others.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them.
- Effectively communicate project status to management on a regular basis.
- Plan and execute own work against deadlines.
- 20% travel required.
- Solid grasp of user‑centered design, testing methodologies, and usability.
- Demonstrable user impact and influence on product experience.
- Experience with user personas, surveys, and journey maps.
- Planning and executing research projects across analytics, customer insight, support, and account managers.
- Identify proper research methods based on product phase and timeline.
- Recruit test participants and manage participant scheduling.
- Create test criteria and run usability study sessions.
- Qualitative and quantitative results impacting product strategy.
- Partner with UX team and product managers to understand detailed requirements.
- Involve team in research sessions to ensure effectiveness.
- Effective and creative communication of research to stakeholders, teams, and users.
- Familiar with testing methods including online remote, phone interview, surveys, and focus groups; ability to introduce additional methods into projects.
- Passion for all things UX.
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders, teams, and users.
- Coding/Programming skills such as R.
- Mixpanel and Salesforce software experience.
- Experience in healthcare.
