Job Title:
Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant
Location:
Remote (50% travel required to Denver, CO and other in USA)

Job Description:
Success Factors Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Employee Central and other modules like Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, PMGM and integration with S/4 HANA or SAP ECC, where you'll play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to clients, driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Success Factors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations at customer location.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Success Factors Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
- Lead activities such as solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
- Support YASH Business Solutions considering Best Practice and bring the customer into confidence with best solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning.
- Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Stay current with developments in SAP Success Factors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in Success Factors Employee Central Core, Time Off, Time Sheet and also other Success Factors Modules like PMGM, Recruiting, LMS and Compensation etc.
- Certification in Employee Central is required; additional certifications in modules such as Recruitment and/or Onboarding advantageous.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Experience integrating SAP Success Factors with SAP HCM ECC & S/4 HANA and also with 3rd party systems.
- A good experience in data migration, configuration, and reporting tools, such as Success Factors People Stories.
- Experience of integrating SAP Success Factors with SAP S4/HANA and SAP Payroll products.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of Success Factors Employee Central, including configuration, integration and testing, across different industries.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in SAP HCM technologies.
