Outbounds is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join a collaborative team in Denver, CO. This long‑term opportunity is ideal for those passionate about building scalable web and API testing frameworks in high‑visibility, Agile environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across diverse environments and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Troubleshoot test failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and report defects using bug‑tracking tools.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Git Lab.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test documentation for both manual and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement in testing practices.

• 3–5+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering.
• Proficiency with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or Karate.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering bug‑free, high‑quality software.
• Valid US work authorization.
