We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Systems Implementation Engineer / Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO.

You will play a vital role in deploying the Vie Cure platform, enhancing patient outcomes through effective technology setup and integration. This position involves defining, documenting, and communicating essential technical specifications to both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a rigorous, process‑oriented approach to ensure successful activations of the Vie Cure platform that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Technical Requirements Assessment and Design
  • Site Assessment:
    Conduct detailed technical assessments (Onsite /or remotely) of prospective client environments to gather data on existing infrastructure, including network capacity, networking components, and end‑user hardware and system interfaces.
  • Requirements Definition:
    Determine and document the specific requirements for successful deployment, encompassing:
  • Hardware:
    Specifications for backup solutions, workstations (PCs/laptops/tablets), and peripherals (scanners, label printers)
  • Networking:
    Network topology, LAN/WAN bandwidth, firewall rules, VPN connectivity, IP addressing, and Quality of Service (QoS) considerations for voice/video components if applicable.
  • Operating Systems/Software:
    Necessary OS versions, third‑party software dependencies, and security configurations.
  • Integration Planning:
    Work with internal development and interface teams to define and document technical requirements for interfacing with external systems such as labs (e.g., HL7/FHIR interfaces), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and pharma companies.
  • Technical Communication:
    Translate complex technical requirements into clear, understandable documentation for customer IT teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
Process Development and Standardization
  • Standard Work:
    Develop and maintain standardized work processes (SOPs) for the entire infrastructure assessment and preparation phase of implementation, focusing on efficiency and quality.
  • Templates and Tools:
    Create comprehensive, reusable templates and tools, including Site Survey Forms/Checklists, Technical Requirement Specifications, Documents, Implementation Project Plans (Infrastructure Focus), Post‑Implementation Validation Scripts
  • Process Improvement:
    Proactively identify pain points, bottlenecks, and potential failure points in the implementation process. Develop and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repeatability and reduce implementation time and cost.
  • Risk Management:

    Identify potential infrastructure‑related risks (e.g., insufficient bandwidth, outdated hardware) and develop mitigation strategies.
Internal and External Collaboration
  • Client Communication:
    Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client’s IT staff regarding infrastructure preparation. Conduct kick‑off meetings and status updates focused on technical readiness.
  • Internal Coordination:
