DescriptionRobert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Denver, Colorado, this role is an excellent opportunity to drive user-centered innovation by conducting and applying research to enhance digital product experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user insights inform every stage of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and concept validations, to guide product development.
- Translate research findings into actionable strategies and recommendations for design, product, and engineering teams.
- Advocate for user-focused design by incorporating real-world customer insights into strategic discussions.
- Develop screening criteria and research protocols to ensure the selection of appropriate study participants.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, presenting insights in a clear and impactful manner.
- Partner with stakeholders to iterate on prototypes and refine solutions based on user feedback.
- Stay current with evolving research methodologies and tools to enhance research practices.
- Promote best practices in UX research across the organization to elevate user-centric approaches.
- Collaborate on competitive analyses to understand market trends and user expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research, with a track record of leading impactful studies.
- Proficiency in mixed-methods research such as interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven contributions to product improvements.
- Familiarity with sports-related products or deep knowledge of fan engagement and digital trends in sports.
- Expertise in research tools and platforms such as , Optimal Workshop, and Qualtrics.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to convey findings to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.
- Passion for sports and understanding of digital media trends.
