Position OverviewThe Systems Administrator Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient workflows and automations within Happy Fox (HF) to streamline user processes. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for HF support, manage documentation and training resources, and ensure seamless integration between Happy Fox and Salesforce (SF). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in process optimization and user support.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain workflows in Happy Fox to automate processes and guide users through desired steps.
- Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts to visualize current processes and strategize future improvements.
- Serve as the primary handler for all Happy Fox support tickets submitted by users.
- Develop training tools and resources for new system enhancements and onboarding of new users.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive user knowledge base for "how-to" guides and FAQs.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to synchronize HF and SF systems, enabling HF users to operate entirely within HF while providing SF users full visibility into HF activities and reporting.
- Stand up regional and exclusive locations on new instances of Happy Fox, ensuring all current enhancements are deployed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in system administration and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Happy Fox and Salesforce platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create clear documentation and deliver effective training.
$85,300.00-$ Annual
