Your opportunity

* Be responsible for packaging applications to company standards and time frames, inc. facilitating UAT.

* Deliver software into the Production environment, in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices, to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates

* Provide third line application deployment support, inc. Service Desk coaching

* Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment

* Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment

* Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends

* Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills

* Expert in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring

* Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager:
Application configuration and Deployment management

* Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail

* Experience working in a locked down global enterprise environment

* Good teamwork and knowledge transfer skills

* Solution-focused and committed to high quality delivery

* Self-motivated with the ability to learn 'on the fly'

* A good communicator who can discuss technical subjects in layman terms

* Must have experience of high-pressure, large-scale environments

Nice to have skills

* Flexera Admin Studio Suite - Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer

* Microsoft Application Virtualization - Advanced troubleshooting

* Scripting languages:
Power Shell and VBScript

* Experience managing Microsoft App Locker rules

* Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through December 15, 2025.
