SAP QA Test Manager - Job Description:
CLIENT is expanding and requires an SAP QA Test Manager to enhance their quality assurance processes. The role involves leading testing services for SAP projects, focusing on both manual and automated testing needs. The manager will work to improve QA processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.

SAP QA Test Manager - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CLIENT leadership team to ensure successful testing within the organization.

• Lead and deliver on critical engagements within the SAP testing practice.

• Assess and develop a deep understanding of customer's manual and automated testing needs within the SAP environment.

• Maintain a hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation, and risk coverage analysis.

• Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for SAP applications.

• Produce test artifacts, including test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test metrics reports.

• Cultivate excellent relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.

SAP QA Test Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP testing.

• Solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to drive operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.

• Proficiency in maintaining QA documentation and tracking delivery changes.

SAP QA Test Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP migration/implementation.

• Experience in leading large QA teams and projects.

• Knowledge of SAP landscape.

• Experience with test case management tools.

• Ability to facilitate open discussions and constructive debates.
