• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend development experience building APIs
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud‑native services
• Experience with Node.js (Express), Python, and/or Type Script
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, HTML, and CSS
• Strong SQL and database development skills
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to clearly explain technical designs, implementations, and past work
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

• AWS Cloud Developer or Solutions Architect certification
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Experience with Git Hub Actions / Dev Ops automation
• Financial services or banking industry experience
• Experience supporting cloud migrations or data center exits

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support a large‑scale digital transformation focused on building digital‑first customer and associate experiences. This role will be heavily backend‑focused, centered on building and orchestrating APIs, modernizing legacy applications, and developing cloud‑native solutions in AWS. The engineer will play a key role in their cloud migration strategy, including the long‑term exit from on‑prem data centers.
