Job Description
An employer is looking for Project Manager for one of our top Utility clients. In this role you will be joining the PMO and will be responsible running a new project where they will be implementing the Security Operations module of Service Now.
A typical day for an IT Project Manager includes:- Planning & Forecasting:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Risk Management:
Identify and document risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Progress Monitoring:
Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate updates and manage expectations across business units. - Meeting Facilitation:
Lead project meetings with internal teams and external vendors. - Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships and deliverables from third-party providers.

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Strong risk management and documentation skills.
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
- Familiarity with IT environments and vendor management.
- Previous experience delivering application deployments or working with cybersecurity initiatives (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in standard project management tools and practices.
- Cybersecurity background. - Experience with enterprise-level application rollouts.
