    About the Role

    We are hiring an Automation & Integration Specialist to join our client's security automation and integration team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly innovative enterprise environment focused on SOAR, AI-driven integrations, and security orchestration. You'll help drive automation, operational efficiency, and secure integrations across multiple security and cloud platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Implement and configure Tines to support security automation workflows
    • Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and connect Tines to external repositories and password vaults
    • Configure on-prem Cloudflare tunnels to enable secure connectivity
    • Collaborate on AI-driven integration initiatives using AWS Bedrock
    • Design and build automation stories orchestrating across EDR, SIEM, and cloud platforms
    • Review API documentation and integrate third-party services with the SOAR platform
    • Own the full lifecycle of automation playbooks, including requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance
    • Write, test, and debug automation logic using Python
    • Analyze and interpret Tines logs to ensure optimal performance and reliability
    • Create detailed technical documentation for orchestration workflows
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support SOAR integrations and automation initiatives
    • Follow established change management processes and operational standards
    What We're Looking For
    • Proven experience as an Automation, SOAR, or Integration Specialist
    • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Tines
    • Strong understanding of integrating SSO and connecting to external repositories and password vaults
    • Experience configuring on-prem Cloudflare tunnels
    • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for AI integrations
    • Experience building automation stories across platforms such as Crowd Strike, Tanium, Splunk, Anvilogic, Threat

      Q, and other EDR/SIEM/cloud environments
    • Advanced proficiency in writing and debugging Python automation logic
    • Strong ability to analyze and interpret Tines logs
    • Experience working in Agile and change-managed environments
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
    Certifications (Required):

    Two Tines certifications (entry-level certifications validating hands-on experience)

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

    Compensation

    Hourly Rate: $70/hr
    This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
