Are you a customer focused Support Engineer looking to join a collaborative, high performing internal tech team?

An established national organisation is hiring a Support Services Engineer to provide escalated technical support across their end user environment. This is a hybrid role based in Denver with 3 days per week in office supporting a busy and highly mobile workforce across Windows, Mac, M365 and core business applications.

• Acting as an escalation point for technical issues across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, SCCM, Intune and Active Directory
• Supporting key business applications including Salesforce, M365, Box, Zoom and Adobe
• Managing onboarding setups, device provisioning and standard hardware images
• Troubleshooting Zoom Rooms and conference technologies
• Owning tickets from initial triage through resolution
• Supporting mobile devices and secure remote access tools

• 3 plus years in a desktop support or support services role across Windows and Mac environments
• Experience with M365, Adobe and device management tools
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work in the Denver office 3 days per week

• 75,000 to 90,000 base salary plus 20% bonus
