We’re looking for an Accessibility Tester
. The primary objective is to ensure that all company-related applications comply with accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience for individuals with disabilities.

• Identify accessibility issues in assigned OIT applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508).
• Provide actionable recommendations for remediation of identified accessibility barriers.

• Comprehensive accessibility testing on assigned applications, including manual testing with assistive technologies and automated tools.
• Review design specifications and wireframes for accessibility considerations.
• Report accessibility defects with detailed steps to reproduce and recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to ensure issues are understood and resolved.
• Participate in accessibility review meetings and training sessions as required.
• Deliver detailed accessibility test plans, reports, defect reports, summaries of findings, and documentation of best practices.
• Execute test cases thoroughly, follow the Accessibility Checklist, and provide status updates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with API and Webservice testing; good understanding of traceability matrix, test strategy, test planning.
• Familiarity with Agile/Jira processes.
• Experience testing on platforms such as Java, Mobile‑PWA, Salesforce.
• Ability to write detailed test scenarios and estimate test effort.
• Understanding of accessibility testing tools and best practices.
