DevOps Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a Dev Ops Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership or management, with extensive experience in Amazon Web Services and managing various datastore backends, including but not limited to Mongo

DB, Redis, and Postgre

SQL. This role involves overseeing the company’s infrastructure and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our services.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company's infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage various datastore backends such as Mongo
  
  DB, Redis, and Postgre
  
  SQL, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline operations and processes, promoting a Dev Ops culture within the organization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of applications.
• Ensure system reliability and recovery through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Implement and enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure and data stores.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in Dev Ops and cloud services, recommending improvements to current systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure architecture and deployment processes.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a Dev Ops environment.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various components.
• Strong knowledge of managing datastore backends, including Mongo
  
  DB, Redis, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex systems in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
