Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead.

As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

* 4 years of Information Technology experience.

* Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX/ Southlake, TX/ Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

* At least 4 years of software testing experience.

* Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Should have minimum 4 years of experience into Test Automation using Java.

* Collaboration with Product Owners, Application and Engineering teams to understand the specifications

* Evaluate manual test plans to develop test automation framework components.

* Should design well-structured manual test cases to maintain and enhance easily

* Should be good at best Object-oriented programming practices using Selenium with Java.

* Integration of automation frameworks into CI/CD processes.

* Solid understanding of OOPs, SDLC methodologies.

* Experience BDD with Cucumber.

* Should possess knowledge to perform Data and Performance test.

* Sound knowledge on GIT Source Control and Continuous Integration is required.

* Able to adopt with different culture and business environments.

* Good in prioritization and management skills.

* Passion for finding innovative solutions for complex problem.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In Denver, CO.: $75,358 to $97,965

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
