Compensation: $40 - $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team!

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity where you'll play a crucial role in IT project success? Join a team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll be at the forefront of identifying, documenting, and communicating detailed project requirements. This position is open due to new additions to the team, offering you the chance to work on exciting projects and become a subject matter expert in your field.

• Investigate and document current state for business processes and applications
• Interview stakeholders and end users to identify needs
• Document business requirements for IT projects
• Create process and data flows
• Act as liaison between development team and stakeholders
• Assist Project Managers in development of project plans
• Participate in testing/QA/UAT efforts
• Communicate with company partners and vendors

• Minimum three years leading projects
• Experience in project management tools & methodology
• High proficiency in Excel
• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience

• Experience in BA role supporting e-commerce applications
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with POSTMAN and curl commands
• Understanding of basic REST APIs
