Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You’ll serve as in‑house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams.

A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.

You’ll help shape the legal backbone of a fast‑moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid recommendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you’ll develop a deep understanding of Kit, Spark Loop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You’ll be at the center of complex, cross‑functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.

You’ll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You’ll own our core legal work in‑house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
