Role:
Serve as the commercial data strategy and operations leader for a pre-launch biotech organization, focusing on building the data foundation for launch readiness, field execution, customer engagement, and decision-making.
develop and execute the data roadmap, oversee data sourcing, architecture, governance, and operational processes; manage external vendors and internal stakeholders across commercial functions; design master data management programs; lead analytics and reporting efforts to track KPIs and support launch activities; build scalable, compliant processes in a lean environment.
Qualifications:bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial data strategy, analytics, or operations; direct experience with U.S. specialty pharma or biotech launches, including vendor integration, data governance, and analytics platform delivery; familiarity with prescription, claims, payer, CRM, and patient data sources; technical fluency, SQL proficiency preferred; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Work setup:remote within the U.S., up to 10% travel.
